CRETE, Neb. – College of Saint Mary established four more program records at the Jim Dutcher Memorial track and field invitational hosted by Doane University on Thursday and Friday.

"The weather hasn't been cooperating, but we are well-trained and locked in,'' CSM Coach Steve Gordon Jr. said. "Despite the unfavorable track and field weather, we continue to raise the bar.''

In the longest race, junior Kiley Craft set a program record with a second-place finish in the 10,000 meters, clocking 42:31.03.

Sophomore Clare Ullery set another personal best and program record in the hammer throw, placing ninth at 44.02 meters (144 feet, 5 inches).

Freshman Savannah Horne set a wind-legal program record in the 100, running 12.31 in the prelims to place third. She also placed third in the finals (12.49).

There were only two competitors in the 400 hurdles, but Carly Henderson won in 1:07.21, which enters as a program record as the Flames have never had a 400 hurdler.

Also for the Flames, Mikaiya Rodgers was the best of the 13 competitors in the long jump, sailing 5.59 meters (18-4¼).

Claire Caspersen reached the national B standard in the shot put with a third-place effort of 13.73 meters (45- ½).

And CSM's 4 x 800 relay was only three seconds off the national B standard, with Mira Fosmer, Olivia Elbert, Josie Karnik and Kara Muller running 9:31.68 as the only entry.

"Aside from being their coach, it's just plain fun to be a big fan of this team!" Gordon said.

Triple jump: 4, Allison Isaacson 10.70 (35-1¼).

Shot put: 15, Syd'ney Birch-George 11.32 (37-1¾); 17, Tavia Williams 11.29 (37- ½); 21, Marie Bias 10.67 (35- ¼); 22, Georgia Carroll 10.40 (34-1½).
