All student-athletes must have an up-to-date physical examination, completed physical packet and insurance card on file, in addition to being cleared by the head athletic trainer prior to the start of any CSM Athletic Department summer activities, conditioning, practices on competitions.

The following procedures are to be adhered to in the Athletic Training Room:

• In-season athletes have priority.

• Athletes must check in with the trainer prior to beginning treatment or using any equipment.

• No food or drink allowed in training room.

• Remove shoes prior to entering training room.

• Athletes may not be in the training room without a staff member present.
